Jamaar Blanchard

Founder and CEO

 Jamaar Blanchard is an educator, creative coach, and the founder of MartyBeSolutions—an educational and artistic consulting company based in Decatur, Georgia. With over a decade of classroom experience, Jamaar has taught English Language Arts, speech and drama, and has provided literacy coaching for a wide range of learners, including students with special needs and those performing below grade level.

 Drawing on a rich background in the performing arts, Jamaar blends culturally responsive teaching with creative expression to engage students in transformative learning. He has served as a mentor teacher, workshop facilitator, and professional development leader for educators across Georgia, known for his passionate, student-centered approach and his ability to break down complex content into powerful, personalized instruction.

 MartyBeSolutions was created in honor of Jamaar’s late father and is guided by the mission to help learners grow through literacy, creativity, and legacy. His services include ELA tutoring, creative academic coaching, performing arts mentorship, and motivational speaking. Jamaar is particularly passionate about using education and storytelling as tools for healing, identity-building, and community empowerment.
